Digital triaxial acceleration sensors
SMB380 - Gives more. Takes less
The digital acceleration sensor SMB380 marks a new generation of digital acceleration sensors. Function and performance of the sensor can be tailored to customer specific applications by means of parameter and control settings. The sensor comes in an ultra-small QFN package with a footprint of 3 mm x 3 mm and a height of 0.9 mm and has an extremely low current consumption of 200 ľA. Due to its versatility a grand concurrency of application is made possible, combined with an advanced system power management for mobile devices.
BMA150 - smart and flexible
The packaging variant of SMB380, digital triaxial acceleration sensor, broadens the range of mobile applications for accelerometers. The performance of the BMA150 can be customer programmed to fit specific applications. It comes in an ultra-small, flexible land-grid array (LGA) package with a footprint of 3mm x 3mm and a height of merely 0.9 mm.With an extremely low current consumption of only 200 ľA it very suitable for mobile appications. The operating power consumption can be further reduced with the help of smart, programmable interrupts and fast wake-up functions.
Analog triaxial acceleration sensor SMB363
The analog triaxial acceleration sensor SMB363 is adapted to the specific requirements of Consumer Electronics due to its small size of only 4x4x1.2mm and its ultra-low current consumption of 200ľA. In addition, it is characterized by a very fast start-up time of only three milliseconds. These features make the sensor ideal for application into small mobile devices.
