ML675050 is an ideal MCU for IC card based system, which supports QVGA B/W LCD controller, USB FS Host/Device controller, 2 x SIM IF and variety of serial interface. ML675050 has also Modula Calculating Accelerator for RSA encryption / decryption. Additionally, Battery Backup RAM is supported for storing crypt-key data securely.
