Bosch Sensortec proudly presents the BMA150. The latest version of the digital triaxial accelerometer family for mobile applications comes in a 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.9 mm LGA housing. It offers the same smart functions as the QFN-packaged SMB380 does
BMA150 - smart and flexible The packaging variant of SMB380, digital triaxial acceleration sensor, broadens the range of mobile applications for accelerometers. The performance of the BMA150 can be customer programmed to fit specific applications.It comes in an ultra-small, flexible land-grid array (LGA) package with a footprint of 3mm x 3mm and a height of merely 0.9 mm.With an extremely low current consumption of only 200 ľA it is very suitable for mobile appications.The operating power consumption can be further reduced with the help of smart, programmable interrupts and fast wake-up functions.
