Mobile-Use Class-AB Audio Power Amplifiers from Princeton
Princeton Technology Corp. introduced PT2366 & PT2367, Class-AB Audio Power Amplifiers that are designed specifically for mobile phones and portable audio applications. The products are pin-compatible and can deliver 1.1 W (RL = 8 Ω，THD < 2 %) power output under 5 V supply voltage.
Princeton's pop-and-click noise reduction circuitry eliminates noise during turn-on and turn-off transients. In addition, the built-in over-temperature protection and shutdown function (Icc < 0.1 uA) prevent overheating problems.
Both, the PT2366 and the PT2367, require only few external components and deliver high output power without capacitance. The products also achieve excellent heat dissipation within the miniaturized and lead-free package (WCSP-8). The PT2366 & PT2367 are a good choice for portable applications.
