The Subscriber Management System is a powerful system for managing and   promoting your services, managing your user community as well as controlling   access to your content assets.
  
The solution builds on a central database where all information regarding product   purchases, product tiers and customers is stored.
The database is driven by two separate web interfaces, one for use by the operator   and one for use by the customer.
  
The operator interface is used to define products and product groups, to   define pricing and campaigns and to register new customers and new assets.

The customer interface is used by the end customer to purchase your products and subscribe to your services. Changes are reflected at users’ devices in near real time.

This system supports a variety of business models such as packet subscriptions,
a la carte subscriptions, pay per view and pay per quota. Time shifting services such as nPVR and VOD is fully supported.
